Outside is a personal body of work about reaching your twenties and rediscovering the things that brought you joy as a kid.

Growing up in the countryside on a bus route that didn't run on Sundays or after 5 p.m, where the only shop around was a post office that operated out of someone’s front room – there wasn't much to do but knock around in the woods and fields and make something out of nothing.

I didn't get far into adulthood before I ended up stuck behind a desk and realised it wasn't the life for me. It became clear that the real world, the weather, the bad ideas, and the good company – was the only thing that ever really made sense.

Outside is a collection of moments captured on medium format film as me and my friends navigate the usually quite messy, but always beautiful process of 'growing up downwards'.
